The ages of the subjects ranged from 65 to 96 with an averaged of 76.6±7.0 years. Self-rated health was scored by using the visual analogue scale (VAS) with the optimal score of 10. The average score of our subject group was 5.6±2.1. The multiple regression analysis revealed that subjective well-being (p<0.001), serum albumin (p<0.001), ADL (p<0.001), savings (p<0.05), and drinking (p<0.05) were signifi cantly related to self-rated health.
