Maintaining this one connection is essential for ensuring appropriate prenatal care in pregnant women. In this study, we developed a mobile phone-based system for preventing missed appointments for prenatal care in pregnant women, and we considered some of the challenges that became evident during the development process. Many pregnant women who do not visit a medical office for care are younger, and a high percentage of them are smartphone users. For this reason, we developed a system that can be used with smartphones. We used Meditrix Co., Ltd.’s CliSSS® to create a system for two-way correspondence between the researchers and pregnant women. There were three types of messages: weekly e-mails asking about the women’s home situation, e-mails confirming the dates of check-ups, and e-mails providing information to women who did not show up for a check-up. We believe that this system may be effective in preventing missed prenatal visits by allowing us to maintain a connection with pregnant women. However, in future, attention must be given to the system’s reception among healthcare workers and patients to address potential registration problems.}, pages = {46--52}, title = {携帯電話を利用した妊婦の未受診防止システムの開発―システムの開発過程での課題と考察―}, volume = {2}, year = {2018}, yomi = {シンマス(ヒガシダ), ユカ} }
