I presented our research results for the poster session in a report titled as “Morphological changes of tissues during the water-swelling process of dried Hijiki, Sargassum fusiforme (Harvey) Setchell”.  At the conference, a total of 3,000 titles on “Nutrition” were presented by worldwide scientists and participants in nutritional field work.
