Seven healthy university students were given burdens of sleep restriction (2±1.4h), prolonged hill walking (6hours,9.7km), a heavy high fat/protein dinner (1,000kcal) and a heavy high carbohydrate/protein dinner (1,000kcal) on four separate occasions. On the following morning after the load, the subject was fed a standard rice meal for breakfast at 9:00am, and blood glucose levels were measured immediately before and for 3 hours after the meal. Sleep restriction and prolonged hill walking tended to increase postprandial blood glucose levels compared to the control (normal sleep hours of 6±2.5h and a usual dinner on the previous evening) most likely due to decreased insulin sensitivity. In contrast, a heavy dinner, either high fat/protein or high carbohydrate/protein, tended to reduce postprandial blood glucose levels from the control due to the second meal effect. These findings suggested that only one night of sleep deprivation and prolonged hill walking both induced disturbances in blood glucose control. However, a single heavy meal might reduce postprandial blood glucose levels rather than disturb blood glucose control.}, pages = {63--70}, title = {行動負荷の翌朝食後血糖変動への影響}, volume = {4}, year = {2012}, yomi = {ナカジマ, ヒデヒロ and ヨシエ, コウキ and ナカザワ, ショウタ and アカツチ, チカ and カイジリ, マリ and マツオ, カズミ and ヨシオカ, ユカリ and ヨシザキ, ユウキ} }
