| 内容記述 | The idea and the outlook on the job of an early generation and a young generation have changed greatly in the present age society. For instance, a young generation thinks by the job's tying to "Life" though the early generation has thought by the job's tying to "Living". They are requesting the world with the independence of will from a high freedom even a little can. It can be said that the way of life from the freedom that Freeter and Neet are high and independence will be requested frankly speaking. It can be said that the confrontational contradiction between these both generations is a big problem,that is, the examination war on this university all entrance age. By this research I try to find the directionality of the career guidance in the future by reexamining current various theories overall about such a problem. (accepted. Dec. 25, 2008) |
